I had up for over 3 months a rather long paragraph about my dispute with the BBB. Nothing has changed- of course! But I do not feel that my experience with this company and their "TOTAL one sided" , ridiculous , unfounded claims has any business in or with MY business! It is the BBB that NEEDS to get their act together!! Trust me, I have ABSOLUTLY NO business WITH the BBB. They just have failed to keep up with THEIR OWN BUSINESS! We have NEVER had a complaint against us once, the ONLY problem we have had with the BBB is giving them $400- a year and getting NOTHING back! We have NEVER had a complaint against us nor will we. Our problem is WITH the BBB because we would NOT re-new with them for the $400. It is money I would rather buy jewelry with! I just did not feel as if we got ANYTHING for that $400 so I stopped and quit the BBB! They started "POLICING" my site and low and behold we failed to take off ONE stupid BBB logo on a page hidden back with the description of the item! And they are claiming we are still showing we are doing business with them! I am embarrassed that we paid out the $400 and got what we got back- NOTHING! Just another bill for the next year! I like to get something for MY money! Please ENJOY your little "hunt" and if you do not find anything that strikes your fancy, let me know. One VERY big thing about Darenot.com is we do NOT spam nor write any of our customer's unless THEY have written us first! We take great pride in bringing to you beautiful jewelry that you just HAVE to see in person to actually see what and why we are presenting it to you!
